CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged 100% of your service. Appointment slots are short, please understand that if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you will be charged 100% of your appointment service cost. The fee does not go towards future appointments. The fee must be paid before you are able to book again. Your appointment deposit goes towards the total fee of your service and is non refundable under any circumstances.
